On March 1st 2026 @ 6:30 pm we walked in to this Jacks and it was slammed. As we waited we learned people were on break and a large rush came. We witnessed the absolute rudest customers, from a woman screaming about cold green beans to a door dasher whining and complaining to each new customer walking in making the issue worse. Despite all of this; what I assume to be the Manager handled the rude customers, unexpected rush, and pressure of getting the food right with grace and accuracy that could only be bestowed by the Lord. He never got upset and continued to push his team and support them (they were great as well). All of the complaints were ridiculous and could only be lies. Our order was accurate, delicious and HOT. He deserves a raise and so does his team. The Best customer service and food I've had from a fast food restuarant in a long time. Thanks for the Chocolate milkshake!

The burgers were good, but put together very sloppily. When we opened the wrappers, the top part of the bun and all condiments were off of the burgers . Very messy. And the fries have the French fry seasoning, it could use a little more. But they were fresh and hot!!!!!!

Everything was fresh and tasted great. We stopped by at 5:00am the window lady was the sweetest, it's hard to find such friendly service that early. We will definitely be back.

We eat at Jack's when we can but the people and the food at this one was delicious. The smoked bologna sandwich was awesome and oh my the blueberry pie was Amazing. Thank you!

First time at Jacks’s, we ordered online and went inside to pick up. They were busy but got our food quick! Atmosphere inside was very nice, clean, fireplace, all the staff were friendly, working like a well-oiled machine. I can see why it was so busy. Got breakfast - iced coffee, chicken biscuits, hash browns, sausage egg and cheese biscuit too. Tasty hot and fresh, biscuits were fluffy and buttery. We will be back!

It was a wonderful experience. The food was good the staff was helpful they referred things of my liking. The place was clean. I love that someone said hello as we walked in I love when people acknowledge you when you first come in no matter how busy it’s the greatest!

I enjoyed my chicken fingers with mashed potatoes and biscuit a great deal! Friendly staff! Haven’t had any deals pop up in the app for a while though. Wish they would, as eating out is expensive.
